• Providing comprehensive services for real estate property rights registration, including checking for active encumbrances, liens, or property alienation bans.
• Drafting and notarization of all categories of official powers of attorney (including vehicle operation and disposal rights, legal representation in courts, or before third parties).
• Authentication of official statements (parental travel consent forms for minors traveling abroad, spousal consent forms for entering into property transactions).
• Certification of document true copies, photo-reproductions, and extracts, as well as verification of signature authenticity on corporate charters and statements.
• Probate and inheritance law management (accepting inheritance claims, opening estate files, and issuing formal certificates of right to inheritance).
